Steph Curry is making his triumphant return Thursday night.
The Warriors superstar -- who has not played since breaking his left hand against the Phoenix Suns on Oct. 30 -- is expected to play around 25 minutes against the Toronto Raptors.
The three-time NBA champion's parents -- Dell and Sonya Curry -- were guests on the most recent episode of "The Woj Pod" with ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, and discussed their son missing Golden State's last 58 games.
Dell: "This one, a little different in the hand. It was a severe injury -- don't get me wrong -- but you know it would recover, the bones would heal. It was just a matter of him staying patient with it.
"It's a little frustrating that it happened so early in the year. But I know he's excited to get back. It's been a long process and they've taken their time -- obviously making sure that their main guy is healed up.
"But he's anxious to get back on the floor and get the body moving again."

Sonya: "I kind of have a little slightly different (laughing) perspective on that. You never want to see your child hurt and we're a very competitive family. We know that passion is just in him to be on the court. He's always been like that. He's never looked for a reason not to be on the court.
"But I guess on my end -- we believe all things happen for a reason. And he got an opportunity to kind of rest -- mentally, physically. With the makeup of the team this year coming in, all the focus was gonna be on him. From a mom's perspective and an ex-NBA player's wife's perspective (laughing), it was good to kind of see him resting.
"And see him home having more time with his family. But also watching him mentally regroup some, and rehabilitate not only physically but also mentally."

They make very valid points and it's probably safe to assume that Steph agrees with both of them to a certain extent.
The atmosphere inside Chase Center is going to be electric. Welcome back Mr. Unanimous MVP. The basketball world missed you dearly.
