DENVER — If you were thankful for a break from 90-degree temperatures Thursday, you'll love the forecast today.
Friday will be another cool day with highs in the 60s and 70s. We'll reach 65 degrees by noon and 70 by 5 p.m. as a few storms roll through in the late afternoon and evening. The risk for severe weather is low.
Saturday will start cool before warming up into the low to mid 80s.
Temperatures will hover in the 80s all weekend and it will stay mostly dry.
By Father's Day, the weather will warm up and dry out, making for a great day for a cookout for dad!
There may be some more thunderstorms early next week, but the overall weather pattern is remaining quite dry across the central Rockies and the high plains. Any moisture we can get will be very welcome!
