Syracuse, N.Y. — Hungry Chuck’s, one of the most famous (or infamous) bars in the Syracuse University area, has finally found a new home.
Five years after it was forced to close to make room for a high-rise development, the popular student hangout is taking over a prime piece of real estate in the heart of Marshall Street.
