Unsolved Mysteries has been intriguing fans since it first started airing back in 1987. One of the things that made the show so good was actor Robert Stack’s scary deep voice opening the show and telling viewers about the stories they were about to watch.
The show aired on various networks from 1987 until 2010. The show used a documentary-style format to re-enact various topics like conspiracy theories, unsolved crimes, missing persons, alien abductions, ghost stories, and paranormal phenomena. The stories told during the broadcast were usually reenacted by actors and actresses to add to the depth of the story.
Unsolved Mysteries was brought back to life in early July thanks to the streaming service Netflix. Sadly, the show is missing that iconic voice of Robert Stack due to his death years ago, but the show has been a hit with fans. The format of the show has changed in that actor’s are not reenacting the stories like viewers of the show are used too, but now the stories are told first hand by the real life people that were involved in the story.
