“Our hearts truly go out to that baby’s family who was killed last week and to so many other babies that have been victims of gun violence. On Saturday, our march is an opportunity for the people to take back their communities, take back our stories and tell our own truths for us to be heard and to make change happen now” said organizer Lady A, Lead Organizer of the RBPC Activists. “It’s time that our voices are heard because where I live, violence is not new. I live in it every day. I grew up here and still nothing has changed. So now, we have to be our own change for my children and all children in Atlanta.”
