FORT WAYNE, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) - An unresponsive woman was found at the Hampton Inn early Saturday morning according to authorities.
At approximately 2:21 a.m., police responded to the Hampton Inn at 3520 East Dupont Road, in reference to an assist for paramedics.
Medics say they were at the hotel providing medical treatment to an unresponsive adult female.
According to authorities, the female was later pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics.
Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were summoned to assist in this death investigation.
The Allen County Coroner’s Office will release the deceased identity along with the cause and manner of death at a later date.
This incident remains under investigation.
