This Evening: What a gorgeous day it has been! Melting continued with temperatures in the 40s and plenty of sunshine. Clouds will be on the increase this evening with temperatures mainly in the 30s.
Tonight: A low pressure system/cold front will move overhead tonight with the heaviest precipitation to our north and south. Many will actually come away dry but some will see a slight chance for rain and possibly a wintry mix in the north. Accumulations of snow/ice are not expected and we shouldn't really have many issues. This is expected to be the only chance for rain/snow in the 10 day forecast.
Lows will dip to the low/mid 30s this evening before skies become mostly cloudy with temperatures increasing to the mid 30s to low 40s by Sunday morning. Winds will shift from the east to the south at 5 to 15 mph. Some fog is possible late tonight and early Sunday.
Sunday: It will be a mild and mostly cloudy start on Sunday with clouds decreasing in the afternoon. Unfortunately, strong northwest winds will be sustained at 15 to 25 mph with gusts around 35 mph. This will cause falling temperatures through the afternoon.
Skies become mostly clear for Sunday night. Lows will be in the mid to upper teens. Beware of icy spots via refreezing for Monday morning.
Next Week: We look to see plenty of sunshine through the week with mostly sunny to partly cloudy skies! Highs will be around 33 for Monday with lows in the teens to start the week, but for the rest of the week, highs will be in the mid to upper 40s. Lows will be in the 20s. Highs may even reach 50 on Thursday. We will see a big hit to the snowpack through next week.
Next Weekend: The sunny stretch will continue into the weekend with highs in the mid 40s to low 50s and lows in the 20s. We look to kick off next week in the 50s as well.
