DENVER — The worst of the cold wave has slipped east of Colorado, but a new storm will bring more snow today and tonight.
Milder air of Pacific origin has replaced the Arctic air of the past few days. This milder air will also bring snow back into Colorado from the west. A Winter Weather Advisory is in south along I-25 from Colorado Springs to Trinidad. New snowfall through Thursday a.m.should reach around 3 to 6 inches.

Light snow will be possible in Denver and along the I-25 corridor today. We'll see some flurries this morning, with that snow picking up in intensity later today and tonight. Amounts will be in the 1 to 3 inch range, so not a major storm. Highs will be in the upper 20s to low 30s under a cloudy sky.
Skies will clear for Thursday with highs staying in the middle 30s.
By Friday, milder weather will return, with highs in the 40s. Saturday will be mild, but another minor storm may bring some showers or flurries late in the day. Sunday will be a little cooler again with clearing skies.
Warmer weather arrives next week with highs climbing into the 50s!
