LAKE CHARLES—McNeese volleyball (8-7, 2-2 SLC) will look to bounce back from a 3-2 road loss at Southeastern Thursday night when the Cowgirls travel to Natchitoches to face Northwestern State (7-12, 1-3 SLC). First serve is set for 1 p.m.
 
Heading into Saturday's match, McNeese is in fourth place tie with Incarnate Word in the league standings, one match out of second place.
 
Northwestern State is coming off a straight set win over Houston Baptist Thursday night to pick up their first conference win of the season. The Lady Demons enter the match tied for sixth place with UNO.
 
As a team, the Cowgirls have the second best hitting percent (.223) in conference play behind HBU's .285 team hitting.
