J.K. Dobbins has suffered what the Ravens fear is a season-ending injury for the second-year running back, per multiple reports. Dobbins went down with roughly nine minutes remaining in the first quarter of Baltimore's game vs. Washington after he was sandwiched between two defenders.
According to reports by Ian Rapoport and Adam Schefter, Dobbins underwent an MRI early Sunday; the early diagnosis is that it will be season-ending, with scanning showing only the extend of the damage.

Ravens running back J.K. Dobbins suffered the worst kind of injury Saturday against the Washington Football Team: one that occurs during the preseason.
Dobbins went down with roughly nine minutes remaining in the first quarter. He stayed down on the field clutching his left knee and was eventually helped off by trainers. He was unable to put any weight on the leg.
After spending time in the Ravens' medical tent, Dobbins left the field on a cart and headed to the Baltimore locker room. The Ravens later confirmed Dobbins suffered a knee injury and the third-year running back would be out the remainder of the game.

It appears Dobbins was sandwiched between WFT defenders Jimmy Moreland and Jordan Kunaszyk, with the former hitting Dobbins' knee:
The Ravens have four other backs on their active roster: Gus Edwards, Justice Hill, Nate McCrary and Ty'Son Williams.
Dobbins finished second on the Ravens in rushing in 2020 with 805 yards and led the team with nine rushing touchdowns. Only quarterback Lamar Jackson (1,005) rushed for more yards than Dobbins. Edwards finished third on the team last season with 723 rushing yards and six touchdowns. The team's fourth-leading rusher, Mark Ingram (299 yards, two touchdowns) is now with the Texans.
