Detectives learned through interviews that there were possibly two black male suspects, one was driving a blue Chrysler 300, and the other was on foot. After firing shots at the victim, the man driving the Chrysler drove westbound down East Dudley Street, then jumped out of the car and fled on foot, the other suspect followed. Investigators were able to recover and seize the suspect’s vehicle.
