Light snow and patchy freezing drizzle make a return to the forecast late Thursday night into Friday morning. Accumulations are expected to be minor but roadways could still become slick during the Friday morning commute.
Patchy freezing drizzle will be possible late Thursday night with precipitation changing over to snow early Friday morning. Accumulations are expected under 1" of snow for most areas. Untreated roadways could become slick Friday especially bridges and overpasses.
The light snow comes to an end early in the afternoon Friday with highs warming into the lower 30s and upper 20s. Winds will be out of the south around 5-10 mph.
Temperatures will be well above normal for the upcoming weekend. Highs on Saturday will be in the lower 30s with partly sunny skies and highs warm near 40° on Sunday!
