Another PennDOT Project is scheduled to ramp up later this week.
Officials say the Smicksburg Bridge replacement project will start up again this Wednesday, April 7th. The project was originally intended to rehab the bridge, but advanced deterioration discovered during an early phase of the work changed the scope of work to a replacement project. Construction included Dayton-Smicksburg Road behind Country Junction and the T-392 loop road. Drivers should use Route 954; Township Road 396, also known as Windows Road; And Township Road 377, also known as Hoover Road.
Work is expected to continue through the end of this month.
