The National Weather Service in Jackson predicts a few isolated showers and thunderstorms Tuesday afternoon — 75% chance of rain and a 15% chance of thunderstorms. Lincoln County is under a marginal risk of isolated severe storms with damaging winds, hail and a possible tornado.
Tuesday night’s low is expected to be 65 degrees.
Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to be cloudy or mostly-cloudy with highs of 79 and lows in the mid-60s, before Friday brings a high of 82 and a greater than 50% chance of rain and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
