The way he’s rolling right now, I wouldn’t mind seeing them lock him up for 3-4 years if they can get a reasonable deal. He will be 30 just after the start of next season, and while I know that goalies can usually play at prime later into their 30’s than other positions, it’s still a gamble especially with his injury history.
